Returns & Exchanges

MUGLER offers a sophisticated return process, allowing you to return items purchased from our online boutique within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Access your order history through your MUGLER account or the guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the original shipping box to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized collection point or schedule a complimentary courier pickup; you will receive a notification once your refund is processed.
